This is a copy of my response to the "very good" review posted on the 16th of January.
The Reserve has the worst staff. I was one of the lucky ones that got stuck with an apartment with no storage, so everything that is supposed to go in storage is spread out through my entire living room. I asked the office staff to work with me in getting a storage unit BEFORE I moved in, and they said that they would, but once I signed to lease, they didn't help me at all. Should anything happen to me, injury wise, I'm sure I'll get a hefty sum, since I document all conversations between the office staff and me.
The office staff lies. I was sitting in the office waiting for about 30 minutes to talk to the manager (who BTW was doing personal business in her office), and I got tired of waiting so I called from my cell phone and asked to speak to the manager. The lady said that she was in a meeting with corporate people, which, obviously she was not.
Anyone that says that the parking is a five in a review is LYING. Clubhouse Cir has TWO uncovered parking spaces for about 150-200 residents. I am aware of crimes that go unreported, and I do not feel safe walking far distances in the dark, due to inadequate amounts of parking spaces.
If you still want to live here, just make sure that you get EVERYTHING in writing because they don't deliver everything they promise.
If my concerns get fixed, I'll change my review, but it doesn't look like that's going to happen.

It took about 6 months, but I finally got my storage space. I haven't had any other complaints (with the exception of parking...that's always going to be an issue until they make all the covered parking free). I don't mind the noise. It's an apartment complex. You live with a LOT of other people, so you can't expect to have utter silence.
