they aint know what to do with the new customers...they just told me "move in!you're approved"..so i aacked up my stuff and moved out from the old apartment.On the day i moved in, the sfaffs said they could not find my applicaiton and credit files...or whatever, making me wait about 2 hours for nothing.Then i realized that the staff taking my application was not fully trained, not caring what i said. the others are same.
With a fully loaded UHALL, i could not go nowhere to find another aptment on the very same day.Horribe.....they will ask for everything they need to let you in, once you are in, they wont do anything you need.
