I lived at the Reserve for a yr and I had noooo problems what-so-ever. We lived next to the pool and kids would go there after hours and we would complain cus we had a new baby. The office would be closed of course but we left a message, the next day they would close the pool. Upstairs we had loud ass tenants, and complained but they dealt with it for us. Just really good hospitality. I am, too, really shocked about how many people wrote bad things about this place. I think they just couldnt pay on time, idk! But yeah We loved it, we only left because we bought a house, and there is PLENTY of parking (garages, assigned parking-that no one wants to pay $5 dollars a month for, and the parking that is free of course. I recommend this place 100%!!

Plenty of parking? My ass. I currently live about half way into the complex, and as we speak I am parked outside the gates because there's NO parking. And it's $25 a month, not $5.

I can believe that "Plenty of parking? Yes, I am paying $50.00 for 2 spot but i really hate the parking

VERY HAPPY THAT YOU HAD A GREAT EXPERIECNE!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE WITH MY RENT AND DO NOT HAVE THE BENEFIT OF A SUBSIDY. I HAVE REPORTED NOISY NEIGHBORS 5 TIMES AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I PAY $50.00 EXTRA PER MONTH FOR A GARAGE AND DON'T MIND THAT AT ALL! I WAS TOLD THAT ASSIGNED PARKING IS $25.00 MONTHLY, NOT FIVE AS YOU HAVE STATED!!! SOMEHOW I BELIEVE THAT YOU MUST BE PART OF THE PROBLEM, NAMELY, MANAGEMENT!!!!!!
