i, also, was very happy to read the not so happy reviews....and yeah the property looks nice for what i would consider a reasonable price....but my mama always told me that if something looks to good to be true, it probably is!!!so please heed my advice take careful considerations when leasing...and ask questions...as for the "good" reviews i was told by a manager/ friend of an apartment complex that the office staff makes nice comments to balance out the negative....Good Luck and God Speed.....
