I have lived at the Reserve for 4 years. It is definately going down hill! The office staff changes rapidly. Recently, a new crew was brought in and they are a group of temps who are of no assistance at all! When you call, you are often left on hold forever or your call is not returned. I have become very displeased lately! The gym is not open after hours, some security (Crime Strike) that they hired constantly harasses the tenents, and to top it off they have some type of curfew set for residents (including adults) that is not in your lease. Remember, everything that looks good is not good! I warn you.....don't do it!

This concerns me as I am looking for an apartment and I have called them 5 times this week to set up an appointmnet to visit the property for possible renting and no one has picked up the phone and no one has returned my calls.
