List-o-crap about The reserve at Las Brisas:

Gates' Huh', You mean they are supposed to close' I don't think I've ever seen the gates working for more than a single day.

Pot holes in main drive are big enough to lose a small child. Not to mention knock your wheels out of alignment.

Trash is sitting on the curbs almost every single evening. I guess that is because there is no other place to put refuse. They likely didn't pay the dumpster folks (like several other vendors) and there are no dumpsters. So folks leave garbage where they want.

I am fortunate that I rented a garage and parking for us has not been an issue as long as the drug buying patrons don't park in our drive.

I read one review about the teens hanging out in the breezeways. Yeah, well that's nothing compared to the poolside parties they throw. I live right next to a pool and it is hair raising when they gather. Screaming and fights for hours.

I love the totally dark space they have created around the entrance to the complex. No lights near the front to keep you lit if you were stupid enough to risk your life and walk in this complex at night alone.

There is nothing to direct visitors to the callbox. Well, not that that would do any good actually. the callbox is worthless. No one has ever been able to use it.

Oh and I don't dare forget that when the gates do work... they create a constant log jam of cars trying to get in the complex. Where are these folks remotes' Oh... silly me. They aren't residents they are patrons coming to buy drugs. duh!

Lousy construction.. You will hear everything your upstairs neighbor does. I really mean everything. Cooking, walking, radios/tv, washing clothes, dishwasher, garbage disposer, bathing, brushing teeth, men using the restroom, having sex and of course fighting!

*I've never seen drugs but I know that there is a lot of non-resident traffic flowing to a particular building at all hours of the day and night. Usually with one person still waiting in the car while the other goes inside. I seriously doubt they are here to pick up their Mary-Kay order.
