I was in the process of transferring jobs from SC to TX. I came a month before I was ready to move so I could find my apartment. I stayed with a friend who stays in Las Brisas and that whole week I got to experience the worst experience of my life. 1. Her next door neighbors have an AWFUL SMELL coming from their apartment that seeps thru the walls, there are Roaches running from the nasty apartment to hers. Now mind you my friend does not cook. She does not even have to clean the oven out when she leaves at the end of her lease because she only uses the microwave. The exterminator came while I was there and he told us that the he has tried everything known to man to bomb that apartment but the roaches are "SO BAD" that they wont die. The upstairs neighbor does not know how to walk like a civilized working class human being, he falls and stomps around every other step. Probably related to drug abuse. Management was rude when I called them on my 4th day there to tell them the crown molding was seperating from the wall. Well that was 01-03-07 and I was just over to my friends tonight and it still has not been fixed. Trash in the breezeways and at the curb on non trash pickup days. People too damn LAZY to take it to the dumpster and if it does make it near the dumpster, they leave it by the gate instead of putting it inside the dumpster...Go Figure! For all 30 responsible mature people dont waste your time nor money at Las Brisas. I am far from a sell out but this is the reason I dont want to live around no class, slack ass people. I can understand your frustrations with the complex...I am frustrated too! I do love to live in a beautiful, quiet and safe environment. I do not like loud music or loud people. I am an educated person who loves to travel and enjoy the better things in life. Guess what? I am Black and although I appreciate your complaints, I would not care to live around you!! Can't stand small minded racists!!!!!!!!!!!!

It does not take a rocket science to figure out what she is talking about...so heyhey77 don't be so stupid....nobody wants to be around trashy people that's fine but what does that have to do with being a sell out, not a damn thing unless it was meant exactly the way myself and the other two people took it....and I can't stand people who try to close their eyes and ears to the real world!!!!
