I should have known from the beginning that this place was going to be horrible! When the management staff first showed us the demo apt, it looked great... I was impressed with all of the "achitectural accents" and the seemingly competent staff. They seemed courteous and willing to help.

The day we moved in was the worst day ever! The apartment had multiple things wrong, like the sliding glass door didn't lock, the dishwasher had leaked all over the kitchen floor, and the refridgerator didn't work. The kickboards on the bottom of the walls were all dirty, and the previous tenants left some suprises in the bathroom for us. Even the maintence man said we shouldn't have been allowed to move in with the apt in that condition!


Once we got in, Mr. Hyde took over. The management doesn't give you a reciept for rent payment, something we found out you ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE!!!!! We were served with an eviction warning ON THE DAY RENT WAS DUE AFTER WE HAD ALREADY PAID.


Basically, if you like to be completely ignored once you move in, except for rent that is, drive around the entire complex looking for a place to park at midnight every night, like to have teenagers smoke pot on the stairs going up to your apartment, and generally be treated by the management as though you haven't got a brain in your head and were the lowest of the scum in a public men's restroom, then you should definately move into this place. Most of the residents have no consideration for neighbors.

I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with an apartment complex. This place is like a rotten egg. Just by looking, it looks normal and good, but after you crack the shell, you will never forget the stench!!!
