I really wish I would've read the reviews on this place before moving in. From day 1, i've been miserable. Lets start w/the parking, you would think b/c of the lack of parking spaces a car port would be assigned to you free of charge. Everything is covered or labeled handicap. When my friends or family come to visit, they have to park a mile away. Parking here sucks majorly...Never go to the front office to speak with management b/c you will wait 30 mins to an hour to speak with someone. It's just horrible...other than parking, my apartment is great. I have absolutely no problems with my neighbors. For the most part, my area is nice and quiet and maintenance is wonderful.

I live at the reserve, and I get off late at night. For the last week or two, I have come 'home' and there are NO parking spaces available. I drove around the complex twice (once with my camcorder). Parking is so bad, that people were parking in the grass and at the bottom of stairs. I went to the office to complain, and ask what to do if this were to happen again in the future, and their response was "just keep driving around the complex until someone leaves." They refuse to give a free covered spot away, and I, too, feel like I should get one for free as bad as the parking is here. They said they are "working on this problem," but they have been saying that for quite some time. I am looking to move out at the end of my lease. If anyone is looking to take legal action about the parking, I talked to my mom's lawyer, and he said that if parking is not addressed in the leasing contract, the complex isn't required to supply ample parking, but damn, I can't just park my car inside my apartment, and $25 is an unnecessary expense to people who are already low income... Anyways, it isn't really his area of expertise. I would advise class action, if anyone can find a pro bono lawyer, or one that can guarantee a win, that knows more about this type of case. I think the complex gets away with too much. Another minor issue I had is with the satellites for cable. I get ONE channel on my TV, and they require $100,000 rental insurance policy to have a satellite. I asked office about other alternative solutions, like getting an antenna, or providing free basic cable like some other complexes do, and they refuse. As the general trend...residents aren't worth extra expenses/time. |

I am with you on everything you said. You might be able to talk to the office and get a space for half off. I rufused for about 6 months until my wife had the kid and we had to break down and get a parking space

How were we suppose to know that this property is tax credit?!?! Seems like the only loser here is YOU. If you're satisfied with the staff and property than don't get on here and bad mouth people who've encountered varies issues.
