I'm looking for a new apartment as soon as my lease is up this year. For 800 a month you feel like your being violated. The noise is unbearable from neighbors upstairs and down, I have seen the police over here at least 4 times in 3 months due to neighbors across from me throwing parties until 2 - 3 AM smoking weed and drinking outside as loud as can be. The surrounding apartment residents come over here freely walking at all times of the night more than likely buying drugs. The gate worked the first week we moved in and now it's cut in half due to unknown reasons. Trash is overflowing at the dumpster constantly. We have roach problems and I religiously clean my apartment extensively 2 -3 times a week. I'm so depressed to be here I would rather live with my parents and I'm 26. Please DO NOT RENT HERE if you value money. Don't say we didn't warn you cause anyone saying this place is great more than likely works for the reserves.

You are correct about the Reserve. The place is a Section 8 ghetto full of riff-raff. This apartment complex is lowering the property values at the Cottonwood, and the adjacent new homes, hence all the for sale signs. If you want a real nice apt. in Las Colinas, be prepared to pay good money. They are very expensive in order to attract respectable/law abidding tenants, keep them looking nice, clean, quiet, and safe.
