The first time I viewed the property i really liked it, however the people who work in these apartments are very rude, they are not helpful at all and they do not care about their residents. I chose these apartments because they gave us a months free rent, however, shortly after we scheduled to sign the lease, they tried to take the free rent back and said the apartment that they gave us does not have the free rent. Ofcourse we still got our free month's rent only after we had made several phone calls and raised hell with corporate. After I signed the lease they had me come back because they gave me the wrong address, which affected my electricity service transfer, and my move in date which was moved to a later date. I have been living in these apartments for 3 months now and they are still giving me problems. One day me and my husband came home and we didn't have electricity. I called my company and they said my apartments had "forced move-out" my services and that for one whole month I have been using the apartment's electricity. The apartment's sent me a bill from txu which was under their name, charging me for $67.00 and on top of this they are charging me $50 for failing to transfer the utilities under my name, which is total B-S, because I did and they force move out my services. My electric company explained to me that a force move out happens when an apartment makes a mistake on the address that they give. I have been calling the apartments and trying to resolve this however the manager (Linda) just don't give a s**t on what I have to say, they basically just want more money and will do anything, even cheat you to get more money out of you. If I had the money to break the lease I would have done it already...I HATE THESE APARTMENTS!!!! Please trust the comments on this site (except for the good ones) because parking sucks for your guests, the gate is never closed, the upstairs neighbor sounds like they are fighting upsatairs so loud and the ghetto a** neighbors walk around the apartments like they own this place!!!! Never consider these apartment...save yourself the hassell.

The staff isn't rude, it's the residents. It is your responsibility to make sure you had the right address for your electric company, you idiot. Everytime I would go to the fitness center, I would always see the manager (Linda)bending over backwards for you ungrateful residents. She is always there to help when needed. And if you hate the apartments get the f--- out. No one is holding you there by gunpoint unless you want to make that up too.

I know for a fact that the writer of her awful experience is not a liar, I am going thru the same thing right now, along with the Ghetto mentality of people & the roaches. The only thing great about my situation, I work for a lawyers office who sent documentation to the Corporate office & I was able to get out of my lease with no problems and I moved over to Plano. Thank God I am RID of The Reserve of
