I've lived in many apartments in Irving and the staff at The Reserve has by far been the most considerate and helpful anywhere. There is somewhat of a parking issue but it doesn't matter if you pay for a parking space and don't get many visitors. The residents are mostly very friendly and considerate as well. The Reserve is kept very clean and issues are taken care of quickly.
