I have been living here since December and have had nothing but problems. First my apartment wasn't ready to move into when I was told three months prior to that it would be, the gates have not worked in over a year, the maintenance sucks I have been waiting on things to be fixed for three months, there is no parking unless you either have a garage or covered parking, the most important thing the police have been to my apartment twice looking for people who they think are living around here I cant walk outside by myself at night and there is always kids hanging around just looking to get into trouble THE COPS ARE HERE EVERY WEEKEND THINK TWICE AND GET THE CRIME REPORTS BEFORE YOU MOVE IN!!!!!!!! I know numerous residents that are getting our of their leases for it and the office is giving us major problems DONT MOVE HERE

Are there any roaches? Anonymous im sure you probably work for the complex, I am wanting to move somewhere nice and went to take a look at these yesterday and I had some concerns after reading reviews. The trash is all over the ground, looks nasty... there are kids from other complexes just hanging out and around, parking doesnt look bad because it seems there arent many people even living here. Id believe the guy when he says the cops are always here. The gates are never closed as well. Id rather know the truth than move here and be connec into it. It cant be worse than Montoro, which is actually great but its infested with roaches and I refuse to live with roaches.

well when we first looked at the complex it looked like there was lots of parking and really a nice place we were also told the gates would be fixed but when we moved it was totally different at night if you get home after 3 there are no parking spots i havent had a problem with bugs inside my apartment because we spray but the outside I have seen bugs I think because of the trash everywhere. They also dont have trash pickup on weekends so there are always beer boxes and trash in all the courtyards and sidewalks until someone decides to do their job and pick it up, but if you are really considering this complex you need to pass through it at night and on the weekends

I live at the La Costa complex directly in front of Las Brisas one and my car had paint thinner poured all over it. At night the our complex turns into a whole differnt place it seems and I know cops pull into our complex our speed into Las Brisas all the time and the fire truck is called to Las Brisas at least once a day everyday since i've moved to La Costa in October of 08

No roaches but it what you saw regarding the trash is true! Lots of trafficking and the management does nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!
