I was interested in these apartments so I decided to go take a look. When I first drove up, I noticed that it seemed really nice from the outside and the landscape was pretty good. I read all of the reviews before I went to look so that I could confirm some of it. When you get to the gate, it is open as stated and Im sure it stays open 24/7 so it cant really be classified as a gated community. The apartments look fairly good from the outside, I did notice some stuff that needed to be painted as well as the fencing that has rust on it. The first negative thing I see is the trash on the ground. Why wouldnt they require everyone to put it in a garbage can and set it on the curb' Sure its convenient to have it picked up there but cmon why do you have to live like pigs' It stinks and it just looks disgusting. This is probably why I didnt see more than 25-30 apartments in use at the whole complex. The parking didnt seem that bad to me if you have a 2 bedroom with garage because you could park in front of it as well as another car inside. The 2 car garages would be really nice as well but the parking didnt seem too bad. As stated in other reviews there are kids just walking around and looks like they are looking for trouble or dont even live in this complex. The community seems to be mainly ------- american, not that it matters but some people care, I on the otherhand dont care who lives in a complex. I left the apartments and went into the office where I was greeted by a manager I believe, ------- american woman, not sure of her name but I seen some people say the management was rude but she was fairly nice but seemed like she may of been pretending to be nice but who knows. She told me to come back on wednesday to tour the 2/2 w/ garage. Overall they are good, I would give them probably a 5/10 without seeing the inside. Im really hoping they dont have roaches because thats all I find around here in irving.

-------- americans always look like they're looking for trouble. It' just the way the public perceives them.

I have lived here in Phase 1 since it's existence and I am out!!!! The management has changed so much that it is ridiculous. They use to really screen the residents when I moved over here and now it seems like anybody off the streets can walk in and get an apartment. Phase 2 is affordable housing and the thugs (minors) walking around smoking and drining is a disgrace!
