Initially when I was looking for complexes to move into, both my best friend chose Reserve at Las Brisas and both ended up being sadly disappointed! Both our leases are up in August and both will be moving. Maintenance SUCKS! Recently I had an issue that took 4 hours for maintenance to fix. It took me physically going to the front office, and a call to the managemnt company before anyone showed at my door!!! I have not had any pest problems, however customer service, and maintenance sucks. If you want to move into a place where nothing gets fixed, and if it does it takes months, literally... then feel free to move here, you will love it (scarcastic laugh)

In addition, the front gates has not worked since I moved into this place Aug of 08 and with it being broken, anybody has free access to come and go as they please.
