Not the best place to live.

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001
 
I've had the small one bedroom apartment for the last three years. I don't think that the space is worth what they're charging. The yards are clean for the most part. Noise has not been problem. Parking is sometimes limited. I also don't like the fact that you have pay for water at Rochelle Place.
