You don't want to live in these apartments. Maintenance is non-existant, the manager doesn't care, there is always dirt & mud on the sidewalks, you will have water leaks all the time & they will not get fixed. Good luck if you have an emergency maintenance problem over a weekend, the emergency maintenance # here does not work. You just get a busy signal. You have to leave a regular message & wait for the manager to call you back on Monday morning, whenver she gets in. That's fun when your toilet doesn't flush & you only have one bathroom.
