The "new manager" who replaced the "sweet" manager...what are office hours...how do you contact emergency maintainence...where's pest control...but be one hour late paying rent and management can be found...don't even worry about getting your deposit back...don't worry about getting an itemized account of move out damages...if you call and are put on hold, just hang up...don't have any expensive itmes in your apartment or car...you wont keep them long...

i think the place would be ran better by the maintenance staff than by the mngmnt staff. i'm so glad i finally got away from there. my peace of mind is priceless. is the pool still puke green? does the coke machine work yet? has the laundry room been mopped yet? have they fixed the hot water yet? is there an emergency number yet or does it still give you the fast busy signal? is she ever in the office now? have they caught the car break in bandit? have they cleaned up all the glass and nails in the parking lot? do the patio doors lock yet? do the guest bedrooms have locks on their windows now? have the pipes stopped scaring the little kids in the middle of the night? have the bikes stopped being stolen off the upstairs patios? has the beer bottle glass been swept up from the tennis court? has the net been fixed at the tennis court? was the pool open more than 8 days this past summer? are maintenance problems fixed within at least 2 weeks of putting in request now, or is it still taking 4-6 weeks? are the critters still tapping their foot waiting for you to move out of their way? does management still seem to be not concerned about anything that is going on with you and your "home"? have their been in more drug busts over there? have any more doors been kicked in? i was just wondering. it's great being away from there. i wouldn't recommend this place to even the management, even though it seems that management is the only one who deserves to live here. get out if you are in.dont come if you havent made it yet.you will regret it.you'll have a broken lease on your credit.cause you'll break your lease.trust

Sorry u had a hard time when u were there. I do know management has changed, maintenance has been freed up to do "their" jobs, interior upgrades are under way, and it is a new season for leasing.

I dont know who this unhappy person is but i been living here in this apartments for 3yrs and i have never had problems with my apartment and I enjoy the new manager and maintence.I have never had my car broken into all this negative comments that been made i had never seen.
