I'm 14 and I have lived here for almost nine years. When we first moved here, it was great, a really safe place. But in the last few years, it has become absolute crap. The people that live here are horrible. They egg people's cars and homes. They also break into cars and steal stuff. The picnic tables are falling apart and have been writeen all over. It sounds like my upstairs neighbors are jumping their way to the bathroom at all hours of the night. There is an amazingly gross roach problem and I have met very few residents that don't share this same problem. The manager insists that the only reason we all have roaches is because we're filthy. She just doesn't seem to care about the residents happiness. This is not a place you want your children to grow up in. There are a lot of bad influences. It seems like there are cops there everyday for one thing or another. The maintenance staff is very friendly though. It is also close to a Church, a 7-11 and a CVS Pharmacy. Still though, over all it just isn't somewhere most people would be happy living. I long for the day I can quit calling this place home.
