Rochelle Plaza has been a wonderful place to live. Some people get the dump next door confused with Rochelle Plaza, but it is two different apartment complexes. We have lived here for over a year, every time there is a problem someone is there to fix it. The office people are friendly and maintenance people are too. The prices are good and the location is even better. It is a wonderful place to raise children when you can not afford to buy a house.
