I moved into the back and at first it was ok then my husband and i noticed the apartment next to us was open well we looked in and there was trash everywhere bugs crawling all of the walls ceiling, carpet it looked like they were having a party, come to find out that apartment was condemned. I told management that the bugs from that apartment were coming into mine if they could spray they never did and my daughter got bit up. then when we moved in they give you a list of things that were wrong and there was alot of things wrong it took them months and multiple complaints to even come fix one thing. i bought a new car they didnt have any stickers so they were suppose to put me on the no tow list well within a week of having the car it was towed and it got messed up. then my husbands cadillac someone stole ONE tire off of it...there are always kids running around in the parking lot no one watching them and they almost get hit. my husband and i decieded to move out and break the lease because of the unhealthy living conditions for my daughter now they are trying to charge me 2000 dollars saying that they had to put in new carpet and paint the walls we were only there 3 months and my husband keeps a clean house...no way and they moved someone in that apartment immediately. the manager also plays favorites one girl that was really close to the manager got evicted and was suppose to leave the property moved in with another resident then when that resident moved the manager Aracelly let that girl move into another apartment and pay no rent. and when she did have to pay rent it was soooo discounted so unfair, so dont move in there they will scam you.
