My hot water heater was broke and it took the maintence man two days to fix it. They

replaced it with a new one but is costing me money. The maintence man was using my stove to

light his torch instead of buying a 99 cent Lighter. Now, he left the stove on high for

Hours cause every couple of minutes his torch flame would go out. He spent about 4 hours

soldering the sweat fitings on the water heater. Thats 4hrs too long using my electric to

light a torch that a 99 cent lighter can do.

He has been on the job a total of 9 hours or so and I still don't have a working heater.
He left my apartment last night at 10:10 after working 8 hours straight on the heater. The

old heater was left in front of the entry door over night making it difficut to get in and

out of the apartment. He arrived at 930 or so this morning and two more hrs still no hot

water.

The carpet is stained and will need cleaning. And who's paying for the multiple hours of

use having the stove on high for so long. And how much longer is the job going take' I got

things to do. I have been here all day yesterday and now today waiting around while the

incompetent man struggles to complete the job that only takes hours to do.
