Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1998
 
The neighbors can get really loud with their
music and their parties on weekends. When I
did need something fixed, it usally was within 2 or 3 days. Office staff seemed nice, didn't have any problems with them.

Overall, they are okay. They may not be the best apartments, but they are certainly not the worst.
