I moved to TX from CA and new to the area. I fished around for the place to stay, so I checked out several one. I came to Rosewood Village and was told by the manager there by the name Christina that her apartment is the best one in the Irving TX area and I can find out by go to http://www.apartmentratings.com to see how good there rating was. Well, after lived there for two month, I got to moved out due to many bad reasons. The room, I rented was full of cockroaches and I asked them to do something about. Two month down the road, it was still the same or even worse with more cockroaches. Talking about noise, I was basically got waken up around 5 Am every morning by the horn noise of the guy picking his buddies from where I lived. Guess what Rose Village people handle this' I came to complain to them and they asked me to get the license place of the car that makes noise so they can talk to those people. I did all my part, find out the car's license place and gave it to them hoping that I will have a nice sleep. Days after the days the horn noise got even louder and louder, so I wonder if Christina asked that sucker to horn even louder'''. Talking about over crowed. I was told that a family of 4 like me has to rent a two bedroom and guess what I found out my next door Mexican family with a 7 people live in a 2 bedroom unit, so I wonder this is racist favoritism or not since Rosewood Village manager is Mexican related. Please avoid this apartment for your own good. Talking about safety there!!! There was twice I got people wondering around knocking on my door asking for money at night time. I had to move out early and broken the contract, so they make me paid those 2 months of rent and 85% of relenting fee. I had a disputed with them over this and guess what she told me when I told her that I will put this story on apartment rating "I do not give a damn" contradicting her first advice telling to check out her rating on apartment rating before renting her apartment. It is funny that untrue statements can be made! First of all I did not state that "I did not give a d*mn." I said that you were more than welcome to do what you would like after so many threats that were made. Also lets get the story straight. You moved from California with intentions to buy a house , when you were leasing you even asked what the lease termination clause was. It was explained more than once and it is stated on your lease. Also, you broke your lease do to buying a home. A staff member was also offered money under the table in order for the fees not to be charged to you. You were looking for a home before you moved into our apartments. As for the roaches, we tried several times to send Certified Pest control and it was refused by occupants in your apartment. The noise was made by people whom did not live there and notices were sent to 3 different buildings. I wish you would include some these statements in your review.

NO. Let me get this straight to you. First you knew your apartment has cockroaches which reside next to my unit and you told us after we told you about cokroaches. You told us that there are cockroaches in your apartment but the leaser does not co-operate with you guy, so you just ignore it until someone like me to report it to make you working on it? We not co-operate?? ? You did not even make appoint to come in and your guys just show up surprisingly asking to spay the poison while my wife was trying to cook lunch??? Are you kidding me? Will you responsible for that poison getting our food??? That was the only time they show up with the refused service from my wife due to un-safe practice. It was a total nightmare living in such an unhealthy apartment where my wife had to wash our dishes twice after and before we use it because those bugs were crawling verywhere in my unit. My daughter was scared walking into the kitchen because of the cockroaches. Now if I tell her about cockroach, she screams and cries. Your unhealthy apartment has harmed my daughter a great deal.If you were me, would like to stay or looking for a place to move? second, you guy are not a government officer where giving bonus money to encourage some of your lazy ass people like you to get my unit to rent after one month of un-occupied and it has not even cleaned for rent after I moved out a month later (Told me by your assistant)?. "Offer money under table" what a stupid statement. I simply told your assistance that if you get my unit rented quicker I give you money on the side. I did not tell her forget about my rent. Remember, you were not present there at the converstion. Your assistant even confessed today that she took it the wrong way from what I asked her. Is this what you define as bribery? Hello? I guess if you go to a car wash offerribg tip to the car washer to clean your car cleaner is some sort of bribe to you? I threaded you??? Be more specific about the threat. I told you,your assistant and your boss that I will report you guys to the fair housing department and perhaps bring your company to court by un-fair practice charging someone who does not even live there anymore for two months of rent. The charge which was not stated any where in the lease contract that I will be charged for two months of future rent thought it said prefer 60 days notice in advance. I will probably bring you to court too for being racist discriminate agaist me. You told me, a family of 4 like me has to rent a 2 bedrooms unit which we did not even need since we have two little babies .While you're allowing my next door, a Hispanic family of 7 members living in the two bedrooms? What is up with this? Is this because I am an Asian? Is this what fair to you? If I am not being discriminated, I could end up paid less than $700 /month by renting just a 1 bedroom unit and save money like that neighbor of mine. People if you intend to rent this apartment, watch out if you happen to move out early they will nail you 2 months of rent. If you think their boss will at least listen, Good luck, the guy basically told me when I just began talking to him ???I back my people up 100%??? with out even want to hear my statement first. I had to call around to get this lousy boss number because when I asked for the people at Rosewood village to let me talk to their upper manager and guess what they told me "you can???t talk to my boss". The boss they sent to talk to me is this girl who responded to my email who is also no longer a manager at Rosewood village try to mediate this situation??? What a communist run company.

I've lived there and it is true about the roaches and what Brandontle says about multi-family dwellings. There were well more than the specified occupancy living in these, as well as many animals running loose. The management will not work with you on anything, then they stick you for as much money as they can when you move out. I'm currently in a position of attempting to get more information about the management company for this apartment complex so that I can take this further than them, as they do not respond to certified mail.

YES IT IS TRUE I CURRENTLY LIVE THERE NOW AND I KNOW IM NOT A DIRTY PERSON AND I HAVE ROACHES IN MY APARTMENT.I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING FOGGING MY APARTMENT CONTACTING THE OFFICE AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE. MY FIRST NIGHT BEING THERE SOMEONE TRIED TO BREAK INTO MY CAR AND SHATTERED MY WINDOW, AND I MOVED FROM OUT OF TOWN I KNOW IT WASN'T AN ENEMY OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT. YES THERE IS PLENTY OF ANIMALS RUNNING AROUND LOOSE INCLUDING MICE YES MICE ON MY WAY TO A LAUNDRY FASCILITY I CAME ACROSS TWO MICE. IF YOU ARE A CLEAN PERSON I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS COMMUNITY.
