There are people who can find good an bad in every situation. I guess I found the Rose here, because I love my apartment. When I have company, they always tell me how lucky I am to live in such a peaceful apartment, I rarely hear any noise. If you did not know better, you would have ni diea this apartment was in a big city.
You do not see people "hanging out" and the property grounds are well maintained.

1st of all this school is across the street form an elementary school. This means that the city of Irving Polie keep a presence and watch out for the children. It is so nice to see the parents walking thier children to school. While I have no children, hearing thier laughter in the afternoon, and seeing their waves, brings a smile to my face.

I do admit I have only 3 phone jacks in my 2 bedroom apartment, but the management said I could get more added if I wanted to. Once or twice I absentmindedly forgot to pay my rent on time and they let me turn it in late. The people in the office are very nice, they know me by name when I walk in. They replaced my carpet when I moved in and replaced the appliances with brand new ones.

If I had to do it all over again, I would without a doubt. I love this place.

are you management??? that what it sounds like... hearing there laughter and seeing their faces brings me joy????? that sounds a little theatrical...
