These apartments are badly run and falling apart.

I moved to Irving from Dallas to be closer to my work. Choosing these apartments was a bad choice. The manager of the apartment and her assistant and both VERY UNHELPFUL; they do not respond to phone calls though their voicemail says they will and they do not seem to care to help you when you go the office to complain. I moved into this apartment with no deposit and I should have known better. When we moved in, we found a myriad of things wrong with the condition of the apartment. And the useless mgmt team does not help at all. It takes two to three letters to get them to fix anything at all and even when they do send a maintenance man, he does not fix anything properly. The pool was dirty and locked ALL SUMMER LONG and while the landscaping is taken care of, there is trash all over the place. There are laundry facilities close to my apartment but mostly the machines are broken and the room is dirty. I hate this apartment and am looking for any reason to get out of here.
