This is by far the worst place I have lived in the metroplex. The utilites are ridiculous because of the poor construction of the building. There is trash everywhere on the grounds! And the manager talks big but never does anything about it. There is NO parking unless you are one of the few that have a garage. They have one small pool for hundreds of residents. There are ant hills all over the property, and I wont mention the rats. All pet owners are suppose to pick up their pets crap but most do not and so it is all over the property as well. Again lots of big talk from management with no results. To top it off the property was purchases by a new managment company a month ago and things have not gotten any better.

Don't move here office staff don't care except Mira . They over charge and are under staff .
