San Simeon convinced us to buy a house. After 13 months of living on the 3rd floor all our family/friends refused to help us move again. With the price, we kept asking ourselves why we are renting. The rats the other reviewers have complained about ....thats what kept my husband and I entertained after sunset on the balcony. Theres hawks you can watch soaring the field and my husband swears theres coyotes in there'!'!'! My downfall would have to be having a young arrogant racist police officer on the property in charge of keeping an eye on the complex. The staff was very friendly but too busy to help. We didnt get all our discounts we were promised & when I went to discuss the matter, I was shrugged off by a male that made it clear he didnt want to deal with it. Oh, the parking the others complained about....I solved the problem by going straight home after work to get my spot. After 6pm...you'll be hiking. The office did throw parties with free beer!! Yeah pool is tiny. High utilities.
