Utilities are very expensive .Getting phone serivce is very hectic .You don't have the choice to take DSL /CABLE Service .DSL is provided by SBC which will take at least 1 month to set it up and some of the promotions which they are giving , you won't get it in this area .Cable services is provided by Direct TV only .If U want high speed internet you have to depend on Direct TV which is a Rip-off.It is a gated community but 80% time gates are kept opened
