High dollar...not much in return...

High price for what you get and electricity runs at least $150/month and apt not cool in summer. Major water leak last month that ruined $100's dollars in property with no adjustment to rent. Parking is a nightmare and usually I end up parking 3 buildings away. The gates are open and not working much of the time and trash blows around the complex for days. When I bring this to the attention of the office, nothing is done and I'm very frustrated. I still haven't received a $200 referral for a friend and it's been over a year since first requested. My building needs a power wash as a cat or dog continually pees on the building and my door and I have to clean it myself. The swimming pool wasn't usable the first holiday this year (Memorial Day weekend) as a pump broke due to no maintenance and wasn't fixed until after the holiday. On a good note, the property is very pretty to look at if you can overlook the other issues I have mentioned. P.S. I know who Aruba is and he lived here when the original management was here AND there was tons of parking because it was a new property and not many tenants had moved in yet. Back then it was a lot better!
