Where do you live' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   We've been here for a year; I haven't seen any rats, I don't see trash blowing around, and the parking isn't bad. There's nearly always parking directly in front of my building. Utilities aren't that different from other places I've lived in Irving. Maintenance has been standard (not stellar but not poor either). We may move out at the end of the lease, but not because of dissatisfaction with the apartment (just considering home ownership). I don't know where all the other reviewers are living but it's not here.
