There is a lot of dog poop in the front of the buildings, and never gets cited to anyone. Management is constantly dropping in every few weeks for some inspection on the apartments, but it's excessive. There is NO PARKING available if you get home later than 6pm. Trash is put out 2 days early and nothing is done about it so the smell is lingering until it's picked up. But what did it for me, was the different treatment to people. I was late 1 day out of a 2 yr lease w/ about 2 more months to go. The employees didn't even acknowledge having ability to waive the 1 day late fee and that really upset me because I know they can waive it, just didn't want to. I asked them as a courtesy to me, never been late before, to waive this one time 1 day late fee and they refused. That was all I needed to know , to see what kind of people I was dealing with. Will not be leasing again due to this one incident.
