San Simeon was a great comlpex, but soon after the new management took over things went sour. For a new complex, 2-3 yrs old, it was build poorly! Rain seeped in the windows and roof. I was not aware of the bad insulation till the rain...which explained high utility bills. Ridiculous for a new complex which I though will be energy efficient. No wonder the old management left all these nuisances to the new management. Surprised that the new management is trying to keep things together. Also, the complex got kinda shady with car break-ins/damage, but the new management never notified the rest of the residents. We got notified for Dog Poop and Cigarette Butts. Wrong priorities!!!
