The electrical bill is way high. I use to live in home, and my bill is alot higher than it was @ my old home. Parking is always a hassel. The remotes to the gates, shouldn't have even paid for a remote. The gates are always broken. The kids, can you keep your kids out of the parking lot please. It so wasn't what I expected, I thought, it would be nice and quiet. I'm so moving back to either Valley Ranch or Addison Square.
