I never leased, I just stopped by. Staff was very snotty! The leasing consultant looked at me up and down RUDE! She promoted outrageous prices first, then dropped the rates down by 50%...that tells you something. That part of Irving is not the greatest place to live according to crime reports. There is only 1 entrance and it's very busy, I drove around to the back, the gates were wide open...and the complex was messy, Garage Doors were broken. Don't be fooled by the extravagant office in the front.
