I have been living @ San Simeon For Three years. I love my apartment. I especially love the location. Yes, there has been an owner change, but this did not effect the quality of Service that I receive. The Young ladies in the office are always professional, and address me by my first name. I think that is great considering all the people that live here. I would recommend this community to anyone.
