Not a bad property, but.. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/1/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I have been living here for the past several months. The appearance and condition of the complex is nice (especially when you compare to others around the area). The staff is nice that I have no problem to talk to. However, all the residents here need to be extra careful in terms of paying rent and other fees. There is no graceful period so all checks need to be received at 1st of the month. If you ever turned in ONE bad check, you are pretty much screwed here. What will happen to you include: paying cashier's check for EVERYTHING,and penalty of $145(was told could be much worse'!!). Overall I think it is not a bad property, but be sure to read and understand the leasing agreement before you sign.
