They tried to up the rent when we moved in. Service calls go unanswered for days. The foundation is shifting, so it's not a good idea to activate the alarm system. Ours no longer works because the doors don't close correctly. Breezeway is NEVER cleaned, and what little you can do is not enough. Looks like the ghetto in there. They drive around and show the outside, but never go inside. They're slick.

I visited this property about a month ago and I noticed that access gates remained wide open the entire time I was there. I asked the leasing agent about it. "It's being worked on," she said. Well of course it is. That's what they are supposed to say. I was not impressed with this property in the least. WAY to high priced for the crime ridden area it is located in. They try to call it Las Colinas, but this is nothing more than ghetto Irving. I should know. I lived right across the street for 3 years where the rent now is about 1/3 what it is at San Simone. I even had pipe bombs go off out side my bedroom windows while I lived in that area. That's when I decided it was time to GET OUT! The price I was quoted for a one bedroom was $920. WAY TOO HIGH FOR THIS AREA OF IRVING! |
