I have been in Irving a few years now and this is the nicest apartment community I have been to by far, people call this ghetto'! That's funny :-) I have moved every year since 2000 and no apartment in Irving compares to this one, I have even stayed in Las Colinas paying higher rent and it's not better than here. People get Las Colinas confused, it's just a name it doesn't mean a thing, and is still considered Irving. As far as crime goes it has no address but I have seen none since being here...and as far as service goes I'll admit it may take a day or two but it does get done and the staff is so nice here. You pay for what you get.

I think this is the worst place I have ever lived as far as office staff they hate the job they all complain about it so why don't thet leave.
