From the time I walked in, I was greeted with the highest level of customer service and professionalism. I have to say that I am the pickiest person and when I walked my apartment with a fine toothed comb, I immediately placed a work order to have a few small things fixed. The maintenance staff cared for my work orders expeditiously and accurately. The leasing consultant is really the best leasing consultant I have ever worked with. She was thorough, professional and expressed TLC down to the last page signed on my lease. Thank you so much to the staff and maintenance at San Simeon, I feel like I am going to be in the right hands for the next 13 months if not longer. With a busy career and student life at night, the last thing I have to worry about now is if I am in good hands with my apartment community. Kudos to San Simeon!!!!!!

Ok, this must be "Raymond" the employee posting again. hmmm. Ray now......newer reviews say Raymond for the username. Gee, i wonder. Raymond28....Ray1977...if you were born in 1977 and you haven't reached your birthday yet this year....you would be 28......coincidence? I don't think so.

LMAO! Ok Sherlock Holmes! Thanks for that analysis. Actually, I do live here. My building # is 3653. Of course I wont give you my apartment number, but if you would like to meet me, you can call the office and schedule a meeting so I can tell you how happy I am living here face to face. Everything I have posted here is because I love living here; I love the staff and if you look around the area, this is the best place to live. Is it so hard to believe that a resident is truly happy here? I really have to wonder if your just an unhappy person that thinks negative about everyone and everything. So McGruff, I will reiterate again how much I like living here. I will be signing another lease and will continue to live here until I purchase a house. Oh and yes, my name is Raymond and yes I was born in 1977 and yes my birthday has passed, so now I am 29. One last thing, I dont work for the apartment community, wish I did, I could take advantage of that employee discount. In closing, there are treatment options your condition. Have a great day. =)
