Lived here?

This was so obviosly written by someone that does not live here, or by someone that has a grudge against the office for being evicted or some unknown reason. I myself have had the pleasure of living here for several months and it's so peaceful and quiet. Parking is more than ample and just to mention, they are new, so they are going to have some settling problems. C'mon, anywhere in Dallas or the area is going to have areas of opportunity. You are expecting something perfect, well let me tell you, it doesn't exist. The staff here from Cindy to Sadria and the maintenance staff do the best they can, and for the area, they are doing a damn good job. BTW, if you really want to be taken seriously, next time, leave your name instead of being anonymous. It makes you look like you are trying to hide something when you are anonymous.

even if you put your name "raymond", does not mean you are going to be believed. You must obviously be an employee or something. I have been reading TONS of reviews looking for my new apartment and you can always tell when the EMPLOYEES leave responses....especially if they bad mouth those that leave bad reviews and say they must have been evicted or something. Quit jacking up the ratings, its crap like this that just makes my search that much harder! And you know what, if I know that employees are posting...i TOTALLY ignore the good ratings and only believe the bad.....cause i don't know if the good ones are true. So you are not helping your complex by jacking up the ratings. Go fix these peoples complaints instead of posting on here.

Facts are facts, if you can't deal with apartment living which includes maintenance problems, noisey neighbors, some type of insect or rat problem, and high electricty and water bills, and parking problems.....GET YOUR ASS A HOUSE AND QUIT YOUR BITCHIN. I'm tired some people complaining about the stupiest and littlest things. DEAL WITH FACT THAT APARTMENT LIVING IS NOT AND WILL NOT EVER BE LIKE HAVING YOUR OWN HOME.

first of all people can live where ever they choose.second don't try and make something look good from the outside and prices are out of control and the inside is like hell. apartments are suppose to be affordable, but the pricing at san simeon is outrageous. I wanted to move there as well, but the ratings do make your decision harder.

Would the real Raymond please stand up? Ok, I stood up. Geez realreview06, if you really think I am employee, why dont you call the office and arrange a meeting with me. Call becky Oliver and have her chase me down because I posted something good about where I live...
I have to look at the true reason behind your postings, it seems to me that this lies within, something hidden and deep. Maybe something from your childhood? Anyhow, I have lived here for many months and everything is great here. The staff takes care of their residents, the pool looked great the entire summer, and they just now added new equipment in the gym.
Also to whypaymore, you've heard the old saying, "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR."
I've lived here long enough to build quite a few relationships with my neighbors and I rarely see anyone move out, so to me, that's a pretty good indication that they too like living here......*LMAO* I am still laughing because you would suck as a detective Sherlock realreview06. I am not an employee here, just a damn happy resident that I picked this apartment community and not one of the ghetto ones up Beltline or down Walnut Hill.

Raymond you are an ------- to put it nicely. It's obvious that either you have no life and monitor this website for fun, or you work for the complex. You have responded to every NEGATIVE REVIEW. Damn, are you part owner or what? Get a life!!!!
