I have lived here for quite some time now and think that this place is really a diamond in the rough. The staff here goes above and beyond their call to make everyone feel welcomed. The parking is ample for the ratio of cars to residents here, and the property provides amenities that assure you to get your moneys worth. Thanks San Simeon...Ray

I agree with the posting above, this place is far to nice to be located where it is. The facts are that for your money you get everything and even more then you paid for in theses apartments......And for all you skeptics out their I do not work here, they could not afford me.
