They could do better From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/31/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   My husband and I got married and moved in around December. We have had a very decent experience here, however, lately things have not been so great. We like to work out and that was one of the reasons we moved here - because of the work out facility. There are 2 treadmills, one of which has been broken since we've lived here. Now they are both dead. They had PLENTY of time to fix the broken one. Want to tell me why it's taking 3 months to fix them'' How can they advertise the work out facility as an amenity when the stuff doesn't work'' They also decided to turn the gliders and broken treadmills facing the outer walls instead of the TV. What is THAT about'''' One more thing...they advertise themselves as a gated community but that is definitely not the truth. The gates do not work about 70% of the time. It's ridiculous to pay $40 for a gate opener b/c you simply do not use it!!! Honestly, we had been very happy here but right now, we are ready to switch complexes. We will be leaving, without a second thought.
