I just visited San Simeon yesterday because I am looking to move closer to my job. I really liked the layout of the 2 bed/2 bath and they have really nice contemporary look that appeals to me. Mariah was so pleasant and went around and showed me all that I needed to know. Kudo's to Mariah, you are the best. I am definately going to sign a lease there and stay for the next 13 months. As for those who are complaining, I suggest you stop complaining and focus on some of the good things at least. NO place is ever perfect so dont expect San Simeon to give you that perfection. THey do the best they can just like you and I so if you dont like it, just go and cry somewhere else.
