In all my years of living in apartments, I had never in my life had a more unpleasant, most painful and horrible customer service experience when dealing with a leasing office agent than the times I dealt with a rep named Mariah at San Simeon apartments in Irving TX. Every single time I spoke with that woman she gave horrible service. I have worked in the customer service field for over 7 years and I would never treat customers the way she treated me and I was a paying customer! Mariah is very rude, very unprofessional, terrible attitude, uncaring, despot, and extremely poor excuse of a leasing agent. She should be fired. She is definately a negative impact on the leasing office and the company that owns the apartment complex. I hated dealing with her and because of her would never recommend the apartments to anyone.

That last comment about Miarah is not true. She is a very pleasant person. I have been in tbere several times & every time I was there she was very nice.

Are you serious? That is such a lie about Mariaha she is always very nice to me and offers great customer service. My friend, also a resident is the one who referred me to her. LOL I have to laugh at that.

If anyone has ever met Mariah, they would know her true character is sweet and loving....and Sadria is even nicer than her,,,what more can you ask for our of leasing agents, to kiss your ass?

I was there today and both Sadria and Mariah were extremely helpful. So helpful in fact that I have decided to lease and apartment and will be moving in.

But what I said was not a lie, I know most people remember the bad things and report those, and not the good. I will tell you that I agree that Sadria is an excellent leasing agent, but my experience with Mariah was the total opposite. to hatelosspurs: You need to get a new job. Sounds like have never taken a business class. ITS ALWAYS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE !! DUH to Raymond29: I ask for respect because I give respect. Like I stated before, Sadria was great, Mariah was a different story and Sadria never had to kiss ass, she was just genuinely courteous and professional. Maybe Mariah had a bad day every time I dealt with her? to myAptRev: I think that when Sadria and Mariah are together, Sadria's professionalism and etiquette rubs off on Mariah, but Mariah shouldn't need supervision to provide top quality service to a tenant. These people are getting paid after all. There is a level of expectation that comes with the price you pay for these apartments. No kissing ass, just professional etiquette, that's all I'm saying. Bottom Line: If Sadria can delight me as a customer, so should anybody else in the same leasing office.

I am a resident at San Simeon Apts. I moved here from out of State and visited a lot off apartments while searching. I admit that anybody can have a bad day. But, I have never visited the leasing office and encountered any bad service. In fact when I moved in in July I was so impressed with Mariahs treatment of the resident that I canceled out of an apartment that I had previously decided on (Las Brisas) very nice looking place to move into San Simeon. I can't speak much about the other Ladies in the office because I actually only talk to Mariah because she's always been nice and courteous. I would recommend San Simeon.

I have to disagree with the comment about Mariah... I just cannot picture her being rude she is very nice to me and I have watched her interact with other customers and she was very nice and gracious
