It is very quiet, very vell lighted. The landscaping is looking very good. The maintenance and office staff are the best we have had in a long time. I would recommend everyone to come and live at San Simeon.

Well, good luck. I speak from experience. I used to live there and I LOVED it. Then, it went condo. The new management didn't compare to the old. Moreover, on NEW YEARS EVE, I received my 60 day notice to vacate due to the fact that they wanted to sell my apartment as a condo. The bottom dropped out of the market and they can't sell it now. That;s why they want you. As soon as they can sell it, guess what. You are gone, just like me. I would live there again in a second if it was as it used to be, but beware that you could get a notice just like we did and you'll be out by no fault of your own. Hope you reconsider.

Okay, now I'm confused. Are you sure you're talking about San Simeon APARTMENTS in Irving??? We are not a condo community, we lease our apartments we do not sell them.
