WOW I'm surprisingly shocked by the comments listed. I visited San Simeon on Friday and called before I came I spoke with Mariah who was very nice to me. When I got there she greeted me with a smile and helped me with any questions I had. I was still uncertain so I came in on Saturday with a friend for a second opinion. Adriana helped us while Mariah was out with someone. We wanted to see a two bedroom but the one they had to show was not ready. I was really set on that apartment so I could not believe what happenned next...she offered to show us her apt since she lives onsite and it's the same one that I wanted. Her apt is beautiful!!! I loved it but I just could not believe she was so generous to let us see her home. Needless to say I will be moving in due to the wonderful hospitality and service I recieved.

Well, good luck. I speak from experience. I used to live there and I LOVED it. Then, it went condo. The new management didn't compare to the old. Moreover, on NEW YEARS EVE, I received my 60 day notice to vacate due to the fact that they wanted to sell my apartment as a condo. The bottom dropped out of the market and they can't sell it now. That;s why they want you. As soon as they can sell it, guess what. You are gone, just like me. I would live there again in a second if it was as it used to be, but beware that you could get a notice just like we did and you'll be out by no fault of your own. Hope you reconsider.

I think you have the wrong property. I just bought a house, and moving at the end of the year, and these are not condos. I have lived here since July of '02. I have never had a bad experience at San Simeon. Give the girls a break, and get a life.
