San Simeon is really a wonderful place to live. I relocated to Texas from New Jersey and after researching most apartments in the Las Colinas area, I stumbled onto this place. I am so glad I chose San Simeon. Sharon and her staff have been utterly amazing. They had some issues with maintanence but have since worked any issues with that out. They get back to you in a timely manner. They go above and beyond for their valued residents. Maintanence even hung up a mirror for me while I was at work! :)

The layouts of the apartments are great. They're spacious and fresh. I really like the community as well. The only downside is the cable aspect. They have some deal with SBC ATT and they are horrid. I can see the beauty in these apartment homes more than the TV so this is why we're renewing out lease in a few months. But if you don't as least get to check out this place, then I feel like you're missing out.
