I'm not going to over glorify this apartment because everybody is going to have some sort of problems at any apartment. But I will share my experience so far compared to other apartments that I have lived in.

The pricing is a bit higher than my previous but I can justify the pricing now that I moved in.

I have had one maintence request which was handled very quickly and to my surprise they fix it good. Looks like someone knows what they were doing, compared to past apartments where I had some maintenance problems.

So far in my building I haven't had any parking problems like I did in the past few apartments. I thought that was typical in all apartments, since I don't want to rent a garage or carport I expected some problems....but there is always a parking space near my apartment.

Security: I feel secure here. So far I haven't seen the gate not working or any other suspicious activity there. I feel safe when I come home late, and when I leave early in the morning.

Another improvement of moving here was the respectful neighbors. I haven't had any complaint on the noise level like I have had in the past.

I don't really care about the staff in apartments since I only see them when I lease something, but by the looks of it they have very good people in the leasing office.

I give this apartment a great review and hopefully it stays like that for the remainder of my stay.
