Like someone else posted, Las Colinas prices in an undesirable location. Utilities are very high too, I consider myself energy concious & make every effort to reduce energy consumption but, recent bill was almost 160 for a 1BR...absolutley ridiculous!

Then there's the constant water line breaks in the complex, they've had to shutdown the water numerous times, I lost count at 8 times in June alone.

Its noise level is loud, thin walls, poor insulation. If Im going to continue to pay these prices I might have as well move into the 2007/2008 built apartments in the Las Colinas area.

Gates are broken most of the time; also residents never pickup after their pets waste its all over the complex
